How Our Referral Network Works

Once approved, we will screen all prospects before sending you their contact information to you to ensure they are serious, motivated buyers or sellers. You simply contact the referrals, provide excellent service, and close the deal. When you convert a referral, you pay a 35% fee and keep the rest of the commission. We prescreen all prospects through direct contact to ensure quality referrals. Matches are primarily based on agent location. If multiple agents serve the same area, referrals are distributed on a round- robin basis. Additionally, property type is an important factor in the matching process. Agents must have proven experience with the specific property type—such as commercial, residential, multifamily, warehouse, land, or new construction—to receive referrals for those transactions.
All property types are included—commercial, residential, multifamily, warehouse, land, new construction, leases, rentals, and more. To receive referrals for specific property types, agents must demonstrate proficiency by providing MLS or Co-Star closing reports for transactions within those categories.
The referral agreement is valid for 180 days. Additionally, a 180-day holdover clause ensures that if the client completes a transaction within 180 days after the agreement expires, the referral partner is still obligated to pay the agreed 35% referral fee. This provides a total of up to 360 days to convert the referral into a transaction and secure your commission.
